Job Description
Northbridge Builders is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to own estimates, BOQs and contractor bills across its residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and rate analyses
- Measure work done and certify contractor bills
- Track materials and project costs against the budget
- Support tendering and variation claims
Requirements
- B.Sc. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years in estimation or quantity surveying
- Strong MS Excel; AutoCAD for take-offs
